The Minister of Infrastructure and Construction, Andrzej Adamczyk, upon the request of the acting President of Polish Air Navigation Services Agency - Magdalena Jaworska, entrusted, as of April 25, 2016, Mister Robert Bogacki with the role of the acting Vice President for Air Navigation at PANSA.
Robert Bogacki has been associated with air navigation services since 1989.
Since 1992, he has held Air Traffic Controller qualifications, since 1997 he has held OJT instructor qualifications, allowing for practical training of candidates for Air Traffic Controllers.
Longtime coordinator of operations of the services associated with air traffic management, shift manager for air traffic control services.
Supervisor for air traffic management, responsible for cooperation and coordination with organizational units composing ATM/CNS services and with services and organizations outside PANSA, cooperating in operative terms with ATM/CNS services, or providing services for PANSA in terms of air traffic safety.
Responsible for the preparation, implementation and organizational and substantial services for the Stress Management in Crisis Situations procedure and the Team Resource Management (TRM) program, as well as the preparation and providing opinion for projects, reports and programs associated with air traffic control personnel management.
He serves the function of president and vice president of the Air Traffic Controllers Trade Union and the P.P. "Porty Lotnicze" Employee's Council.
A graduate of political sciences - psychology and negotiations specialty - at Wyższa Szkoła Komunikowania i Mediów Społecznych, im. Jerzego Giedroycia (Jerzy Giedroyć Communication and Social Media Academy) in Warsaw.
