LADIES AND GENTELMEN,
An aura of the coming Christmas and New Year time affords, as ever, the perfect opportunity to re-examine our achievements and challenges ahead.
We have experienced events perceived as extremely significant from the Agency, state and international perspective. PANSA was actively involved in the crucial events of 2010. Let me remind you of the turmoil related to the volcanic eruption in Iceland, which deeply affected the entire European aviation sector, the arrangements for the Final Farewell to the Presidential Couple laid to rest at Wawel Cathedral in Kraków or even taking over of Warsaw airport’s operations by Łódź airport in September 2010.
Wishing you all the best in your private and professional life in 2011 let me also express words of gratitude and appreciation to all PANSA’s personnel for their assiduous and efficient work, which contributed to the overall PANSA’s success in overcoming obstacles and meeting challenges.
I deeply believe that no matter how many challenges PANSA will have to tackle in the coming 2011 year the unremitting commitment and hard work of PANSA’S employees will certainly guarantee top comfort and safety of flights to our customers as well as relevant improvements in our work place.
Let me take this moment to thank all of you, the airspace users and aviation sector staff for your future commitment and support for the construction of a trustworthy, reliable European institution, whose objectives and plans set out for 2011 we will be trying to realize in full cooperation.
