On September 21, 2007, the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency received PART-145 Certificate, emitted by the Civil Aviation Office. The document certifies that the Agency is a maintenance organization approved to maintain (and repair) L-410 aircrafts and issue related certificates of release.
Receiving such certificate was prefaced by a long period of preparations, in which required maintenance, quality, cleanness, storage, device and plane equipment standards were elaborated and trained.
In the period before receiving PART-145 Certificate, the Agency had the proper permissions emitted by CAO, but the certificate gained at present, places us – in the area of affirmation conditions – on the position equal with other maintenance organizations from UE, the USA, Canada and other countries. It also enables us to maintain L-410 aircrafts and their assemblies gainfully, that is, to provide certified services for other entities administrating L-410 aircrafts.
The Agency uses L-410 aircrafts mainly for controlling and calibrating ground air traffic provision equipment.
The Certificate was received by Mariusz Krzyżanowski, the Director of Air Traffic Security Management and Quality Office.
