Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of ensuring the coordination of hazardous aviation activities in terms of the possibility of releasing helium-filled balloons/lampions, conducting light shows, sounding the atmosphere or allocating airspace for airshows, air exercises and others. The data processing originates from a task carried out in the public interest and in the performance of public authority entrusted to PANSA (Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR) and is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation carried out by the Administrator (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR), and this obligation originates, among others, from the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 27, 2018 on the structure of Polish airspace and detailed conditions and manner of use of this airspace, the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of January 18, 2019. on flight restrictions for a period of no more than 3 months, Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of March 5, 2019 on bans or restrictions on flights for a period of more than 3 months, Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and the Minister of Defense of August 3, 2020 on the use of laser or light from other sources in airspace zones, Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of May 16, 2013 on test and aerobatic flights and air shows. We will process your personal data for no longer than one year from the date of collection.

Your personal data may be transferred to providers of IT systems and services with which PANSA cooperates, and to authorized entities upon documented request, such as the police. Within the scope of the GDPR and with the limitations indicated within it, you have the right of access to the content of your data, as well as the right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object.
