The Polish Air Navigation Services Agency, headquartered at Wieżowa 8 in Warsaw, announces its intention to sell, by open tender, an airplane type LET L410 UVP-E15 with serial number MSN 892318 and registration SP-TPA.
All information regarding the tender will be placed on the main PANSA website : pansa.pl and bip.pansa.pl section – Agency Activities under “Disposal of fixed PANSA assets” („Zbycie środków trwałych PAŻP”). Once the bidding process is announced, information will also be available at these addresses.
The sale will take place subject to PANSA’s approval by the Minister of Infrastructure.
The buyer shall bear all the costs of fees and commissions related to the payment of the deposit and settlement of payments to PANSA charged by the buyer’s bank, banks and other parties that intermediary in the transaction.
The tender will be conducted on the basis of the polish regulation, act of 23.04.1964, Civil Code (Journal of Laws, 2020 item 1740, as amended).
