All airlines operating or planning to operate at a Level 3 airport must be allocated a slot by the coordinator before operating at that airport.
For this purpose, details of the formats to be used are shown in the IATA Standard Schedules Information Manual (SSIM) Chapter 6 – message formats for communications at Level 3 airports.
The IATA SSIM contains the industry standard message formats to be used by airlines and coordinators when communicating airport coordination information such as SALs, SHLs, or SCRs.
The preferred method of data exchange is email.
PANSA email for slot requests: scr@pansa-coord.org
Airlines should use the appropriate SSIM Chapter 6 action codes to clearly communicate their intentions to coordinators.
