PANSA services:

Complaints and requests are accepted in four ways:

  1. a written report
  2. via fax number +48 22 574-50-79
  3. by post
  4. via e-mail

The complaints and applications should include:

  1. a detailed description of the case,
  2. the applicant’s personal information – first name, surname (name of company), address for correspondence,
  3. the date of filing of the complaint / request.
