The PANSA headquarters at ul. Wieżowa 8 in Warsaw. It can be reached by bus 124 (stop: Schronisko dla zwierząt, approx. 600 metres from the entrance gate) or by private transport. Parking spaces designated for persons with disabilities are available at the entrance.
Access is restricted and permitted only upon presentation of a pass or after prior notification of the visit. Passes are issued by the relevant organisational units of the Agency. PANSA permits entry with a guide dog.
The PANSA headquarters consist of buildings adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities, with designated parking and essential facilities within the Agency’s premises. Main entrances are equipped with ramps and gates suitable for wheelchair access. Lifts and accessible toilets are also available within the buildings.

In accordance with Article 18(1) of the Act of 4 April 2019 on the Digital Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies (Journal of Laws Of 2019, item 848) anyone has the right to request a public sector body to ensure digital accessibility of a specific website, mobile application or their elements, or to provide the information by an alternative means.
Such a request should include:
A public sector body must fulfil the accessibility request for a website, mobile application or an element of a website without undue delay, and no later than 7 days from the date of submission. If accessibility cannot be provided within this timeframe, the body must inform the requester of the reasons and indicate a new deadline, not exceeding 2 months from the date of the request.
A public sector body may refuse to provide digital accessibility if doing so would compromise the integrity or reliability of the information. If accessibility cannot be provided by the public sector body, it must notify the requester of any reasons thereof and indicate an alternative means of access.
In the event of refusal to ensure digital accessibility provided for in the request, or to ensure an alternative access method, the requester has the right to lodge a complaint with the public sector body. Such complaints will be handled in accordance with the Act of 14 June 1960 – Code of Administrative Procedure (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 735).

Anyone may notify a public sector body of a lack of physical or information and communication accessibility, without needing to demonstrate a legal or factual interest.
Pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Act of 19 July 2019 on Ensuring Accessibility to Persons with Special Needs (Journal Of Laws of 2020, item 1062), a person with special needs or their legal representative, after demonstrating a factual interest, may submit a request for physical of information and communication, hereinafter referred to as “request for accessibility” (model – Attachment No. 1).

The public sector body shall respond to the request without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of submission. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the body shall inform the requester of the reasons and provide a new deadline, not exceeding 2 months from the original date of the request for accessibility.
If accessibility cannot be ensured in the scope provided for in the request or it would pose significant difficulties, the public sector body shall immediately inform the requester thereof and provide an alternative means of access.

If accessibility is not ensured, the requester has the right to lodge a complaint about the lack of accessibility. The complaint shall be lodged with the President of the Board of PFRON, within 30 days, in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of the Act on Ensuring Accessibility to Persons with Special Needs.
