The PANSA Ambassadors Program is an initiative that emphasizes authenticity, education, and trust-building. Its goal is to present the advantages of working at the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA) to potential candidates, as well as the benefits of collaboration for business partners. PANSA Ambassadors are individuals ready to share their stories honestly and transparently, offering a genuine view of the Agency – its values, work culture, and the daily challenges faced by its employees.
In recent years, the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency has undergone a series of transformations. Our primary focus has been on infrastructure development, investment in cutting-edge technologies, and a forward-looking approach. Yet, it is the people – their knowledge and experience – who are the heart of the Agency. At PANSA, we are entering a new era of HR partnerships, fostering a culture of trust, cooperation, inclusivity, and openness to new horizons.
To give these changes a tangible form, we launched the PANSA Ambassadors Program – a dynamic initiative that empowers our employees to become ambassadors of our vision.
In July 2024, we launched an internal recruitment campaign to find passionate individuals. We conducted in-depth interviews to form a cohesive team of 19 ambassadors. These ambassadors are equipped with the skills and knowledge to thrive in their roles.

Shaping and Promoting Our Values: Ensuring our core values are alive and felt throughout the organization;
Internship Programs and School Partnerships: Inspiring the next generation of aviation professionals through student engagement and talent outreach;
Supporting Transformational Initiatives: Actively promoting key initiatives that shape the future.
Our ambassadors actively represent PANSA in academic institutions, participate in both internal and external events, and contribute to strategic initiatives such as air traffic controller recruitment. They are also the voice of our values, promoting a culture of inclusion and collaboration. Additionally, they support key HR projects like “Flying HR” and the new performance evaluation program.
The PANSA Ambassadors Program is a living testament to the engagement of our employees and a driving force behind our transformation. It embodies our vision of becoming one of the Top 10 Employers in Poland.
