PANSA Ambassadors Program – together we create a unique workplace

PANSA Ambassadors Program – together we create a unique workplace

The Polish Air Navigation Services Agency is undergoing a transformation on many levels. One of the driving forces behind these changes are the participants of the PANSA Ambassadors Program. The project brings together 19 ambassadors from all over Poland, from different areas of the Agency’s activity. Their mission is to influence changes in our organizational culture, values and communication.

How did it all start?

In July 2024, we began promoting the program. We received over 55 applications from our employees from all over Poland. We conducted interviews and assessments to check the motivation of our candidates. We wanted social diversity to make the group of ambassadors an inclusive place. We selected 19 ambassadors, with whom we conducted two-day workshops and developed our common goals and roles. You can meet them in company corridors, in regional centers, in the control tower and at various events bringing together the aviation community.

5 dimensions of the program – the role of ambassadors

  1. Transformation – promoting transformation and values resulting from the adopted PANSA strategy.
  2. Communication – participation in corporate events and promotion of social responsibility.
  3. Talent development – participation in the employee onboarding process and promotion of internship programs.
  4. Organizational culture – promotion of core values, including activities related to “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion”.
  5. Knowledge sharing – dissemination of best practices throughout the organization.

PANSA Ambassadors Program

By shaping a culture of trust, diversity, and respect, we can overcome obstacles and prepare for the future, which is why the program’s mission is to shape and promote corporate values, build an integrated community of experts within the organization, exchange knowledge, and engage employees in shaping the organizational culture.

To ensure that ambassadors can perform their roles effectively, we support them in this process and offer training in social media communication, public speaking workshops, and information sessions on key PANSA projects.

Regular meetings, direct contact between the HR Office Director and HRBP with ambassadors provide space for openness and exchange of information and presentations of key projects. As part of their mission, ambassadors engage and communicate on their social media profiles about various initiatives conducted at PANSA (e.g. EB or the Flying HR project aimed at greater integration of the Agency’s headquarters with Regional Centres).
